ACCOMODATIONS/PROPERTY RULES
Property accommodates 6-8 people (anything more and you must have approval directly from owners)
NO PETS ALLOWED
NO EXTERIOR FIRES ALLOWED. ANYWHERE, ANYTIME on the property. We are on the side of the mountain ridge and winds can shift at any moment without warning.
WIFI and key code access will be provided upon arrival. We require 50% deposit and the 50% balance will be due 24 hours prior to arrival.
Wood burning fireplace on the first floor can be used with a manufactured logs ONLY. Owners wood pile is not for consumption. Gas fireplace in the lower level is available during cooler months.
We do have wonderful neighbors so we ask you keep parking to 2 cars, if necessary additional cars can be parked at the top of the hill.
In the event of in climate weather, we recommend parking a car at the top of the hill to avoid being stuck in the snow/or ice.
Note: Due to septic limits and older plumbing, approval for more than 6 occupants is required.
